We Built an Auto-Responder for a Pilates Studio’s Google Reviews.

TLSx, a personalized Pilates studio in Austin, TX, wanted to find a more time effective way to respond to their Google Reviews. Because their team was busy with regular operations, writing custom replies took time, and reviews were often left without responses for too long — diminishing customer engagement and possibly affecting their online reputation.

We created a tailored automation using Zapier to manage Google Review responses.
Key elements of the solution include:
When a new Google Review is submitted, the automation triggers.
AI analyzes the sentiment of the review and drafts a response by drawing from previous replies.
The review’s text, rating, sentiment, and a link are recorded in a table, along with the AI-generated reply.
A Slack channel receives the notification of the new review + suggested reply, so a team member can review or manually adjust if needed.
If no one acts on the draft by 10 AM the next business day, the automation posts the response to Google automatically — ensuring timeliness.
