TLSx, a personalized pilates studio in Austin, TX, faced challenges in managing a high volume of inbound emails and text messages. Frequently answering the same questions led to inefficiencies and hindered their ability to provide timely and personalized customer service.

We built a sophisticated AI-powered website chatbot to streamline TLSx's customer service operations. Key features of the solution include:
Dynamic FAQ Management: The chatbot references a knowledge table containing "Question" and "Answer" columns. When the chatbot encounters a question it cannot answer, it archives it for TLSx to review. TLSx can then add confirmed question/answer pairs to the master table with a single click, allowing for dynamic FAQ management.
Email Analysis: The system analyzes incoming emails from Outlook for potential FAQs, ensuring the chatbot is continually updated with customer inquiries from multiple sources.
Conversation Logging and Feedback Collection: Each conversation is logged, and feedback on the chatbot experience itself is collected to improve responses further.
